I'm boring, and I'm just that. Fullstop.

Yes, many of my friends have said that I look older than I am (17 going 70?) and so on and so forth. It's like, being with me is being in the Kingdom of Boredom. Enough said.

I'm not about to apologise to my friends, classmates, groupmates, cadets, for being boring. I'm just that. And if there's any indication, with the load of work and everything, I'm just going get more mundane and well, boring.

There's something Teutonic to the way I function and do things. And that means getting the job done in the most efficient and step-by-step method. I don't care about being funny in any purposeful way, or being romantic (Oh no, no No, NO WAY PLEASE!). In short, I want to be a robotised-human, incapable of human emotions and exhaustion.

Childhood Dreams and the Three-Pointed Star

I've no idea why, of all in this hectic school life, that I'm suddenly reminded of my childhood dreams. All those fantasies, of which day by day I'm gaining more power and control to fulfil them. From scholarships, to being a banker or accontant, my childhood dreams are what motivate me now. And that include that three-pointed star - Mercedes Benz.

I've no idea why I'm so crazy over this marque. I'm not making this up, when I was 4 years old, I could name all the Mercedes models, and to date, what still captivates me is the late 1960s S-Class W108 here.

Then of course, there's always that 300SL, with the famed and revered gull-wing doors (below). I can tell you, I collected models of that in various colours, all of the same sizes.

Any Merc fan will wax lyrical about how well-built Mercedes cars are, how their safety trumps many others, and so on and so forth. But I like it simply because I like it. Like love, it needs to reason. Yes, Mercedes cars aren't the fanciest, most beautiful, fastest, fuel-efficient cars in the world, but it's that heritage, it's that sheer engineering genius. And for that, I'll be a Mercedes owner for life. Really.

Or maybe it's just because I want to realise my childhood dream.
